Furnished properties, ready to move into

No two jobs are the same. A family of five in a terraced house. A single person in a one-bed flat. Different rooms, different stairs, different needs.

Dispersal accommodation has been our big focus the last few years. We’ve worked with large charities and housing groups across the North West, from one flat to a whole block.

Part of our contract furniture service. Private landlord? See HMO furniture packages.

How social housing furniture jobs work

  1. Talk to a specialist

Ring 01253 352396 or use the enquiry form. Tell our contract furniture specialist about the properties, the people moving in and when they need to be ready.

  2. We plan it with you

Before anything goes on a van, we sit down and plan every property. Showroom, WhatsApp photos, or we come and measure.

  3. Delivered and built in the room

Our own team brings it in and takes the packaging away. Tight stairs or no way in for a big bed? We’ll build it in the room.

  4. Ready to move in

Beds made up, rooms set out, property handed back ready for whoever’s moving in.
